CAROLINE'S WHY 

Sport has always been a constant in my life, but it became something more when I went through one of the hardest periods of my life - losing my Mam.

At the time, endurance training gave me something to hold onto. It gave me structure, purpose, and a way to keep moving forward when everything else felt uncertain. There was something about showing up each day, even when I didn’t feel like it, that helped me get through it.
 

That experience changed how I see training.It’s not just about performance or results. It’s about what it gives you outside of that: confidence, routine, resilience, and a sense of control when life feels anything but.
 

I've coached swimmers for over 20 years, transitioning into triathlon and endurance coaching, and now work with athletes of all levels - from complete beginners to those taking on Ironman.
 

What I’ve seen time and time again is that people are capable of far more than they think - they just need the right structure, guidance, and belief behind them.

That’s what I aim to provide.
 

Coaching that fits around your life, gives you clarity in your training, and helps you build confidence in yourself -  not just on race day, but in the process leading up to it.

OUR CORE VALUE

I started Sharky’s after seeing how many people were putting in the work but not getting the results they deserved. Too often, they were following training plans that were overly rigid, unnecessarily complicated, or simply not built for people balancing work, life, and training.Training shouldn’t feel overwhelming or take over your life - it should fit into it.
 

At the core of Sharky’s is consistency. Real progress doesn’t come from short bursts of motivation; it comes from showing up week after week and trusting the process. But consistency is easier when you’re not doing it alone. That’s why everything we do is built around both structure and community - giving you the guidance, support, and accountability you need to keep showing up, stay on track, and continue moving forward.
