ABOUT US

Caroline Finn is an endurance coach with over 20 years of experience, specialising in swim, bike, and run.

She helps everyday athletes build confidence, improve performance, and stay consistent in their training.

Her coaching focuses on keeping things simple, realistic, and sustainable - so athletes can train consistently and see long-term progress.
 

Caroline has worked with athletes of all levels - from beginners learning to swim, to those training for triathlon and Ironman events.

She also competes in endurance events herself, giving her a real understanding of the training process from both a coach and athlete perspective.

SWIM PROGRAM

An 8-week swim program for adult swimmers with 3 structured sessions per week, bonus sessions, technique focus, and gradual progression towards your first continuous 1km swim.
